At Atlas, we have been supplying Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles (WAVs) and Adaptations via the Motabilty scheme for many years. Our Specialists are able to help and advise you on the start to end process, and will do no obligation home demonstrations to help you choose the right vehicle for your needs.
We currently offer a range of vehicles on Motablity’s Nearly New Scheme. These vehicles are ex Motablity vehicles, typically less than 30 months old and are ideal if you need a vehicle within a shorter timescale than ordering new, and would like to keep your advance payment as low as possible.
How Does the Motability Scheme Work?
Our Motability Trained Specialists will spend as much time with you as you need to explain the start to finish process.
To be eligible to join the Motability Scheme, you need to receive one of the following mobility allowances and you must have at least 12 months award length remaining.
- Higher Rate Mobility Component of Disability Living Allowance (HMRC DLA)
- Enhanced Rate Mobility Component of Personal Independence Payment (ERMC PIP)
- War Pensioners’ Mobility Supplement (WPMS)
- Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)
